Engagements I take on
Encoded-judgment skills for portfolio operations: agile coaching, security review, financial-controls review. Platform and infrastructure work in regulated finance environments — Azure, Kubernetes, event-driven systems, FIX protocol, real-time data, CI/CD. Greenfield architecture and platform modernisation. Discovery and prototyping where a senior practitioner's time is the bottleneck.
Comfortable owning full technical delivery from design through production deployment, including the technical-liaison role between C-suite and engineering.
Out of scope: open-ended team augmentation, hourly retainer work, anything that doesn't end with documentation the team can run.
